Executive summary:

APSA AIRLINES, is a company that will aim to establish a new and modern airline. Initially it will be implemented as a Regional operation, to subsequently expand its operations internationally. Initially connect the cities of northern Chile, to later expand to neighboring countries. One of our main objectives in this type of operation will be concentrated in the domestic regional market, the high demand of tourists and business travelers making flights "directly" initially from Arica to the cities of Iquique, Antofagasta and Copiapó.

The head office, and the base of operations of this new company will be located in the city of Arica, 2,100 kilometers north of the capital Santiago and bordering the Peruvian city of Tacna. The benefits and investment incentives offered by the region to the companies established in that city, make this project become an innovation in the interregional commercial Aero market in Chile and thereby minimize financial risk.

This Business Plan, described below, was prepared following a typical pattern of the formation and development of a regular airline, for domestic passenger, cargo and mail flights, with IATA membership, and access to distribution systems. and global reserve (SABER-AMADEUS). All this has resulted in a business plan perfectly applicable in any country in South America, according to the current market for these services. In it, the most important points are described in a logical and easy to understand for investors without prior business experience in the system of the air transport industry.
