All South Africans need a place to call home and I would like to assist with it.

My Business will source and build new home from retired Containers. 6-12 Meter containers that is not seaworthy anymore are easily obtainable and makes the perfect low cost structure to turn into a home. I plan to build 2 to 4 bedroom green homes with full bathroom and kitchenette with running water that can be either supplied by Municipal tap or borehole. Solar power means you can take this home and place it anywhere.  I have a team of 4 that is willing to take this on. Myself, a carpenter, builder and steelworker which will all be Directors making it BEE compliant. Any new staff will be employed from Communities that will be trained in the skill they require to build a home. I'm looking to POC this for Government to replace RDP projects.

Government has got so many unresolved RDP projects and when one is completed the homes fall apart thru bad workmanship. I'm looking to present to them an alternate solution for sturdy well build homes that can be built in two weeks and delivered to areas fully built without the need to source alternate materials in the area. The product will also be available for the public or companies to purchase in need of temporary homes for projects in remote location and can also form part of a lease plan. The opportunities are endless and also can be extended into the rest of Africa. Making it a proudly South Africa initiative.
