He also has a very strong business background and throughout his 20+ years in the industry, he learned what it takes to run a high tech startup.
What you offer to investors?: I offer investors an equity position in CozmicWall with a minimum investment of $500,000 USD. I will also offer a position on the Board of Advisors.

It is CozmicWall’s mission to defend, guard and protect people, organizations, identities, and devices from the malicious attacks of hackers, cyberbullies, scammers and others lurking in the dark web who want nothing more than to mislead and destroy.

It is no secret that security and protection are of the utmost importance for individuals, parents, young people, and small to medium-sized organizations. CozmicWall Security Defence aims to solve these very complex problems through the development of software and apps for the mobile workforce that has the capability of shutting down hackers, cyberbullies, scammers, and others before they can do any damage, or steal private information.

The software will be developed by a highly talented team of architects, developers, and engineers who understand the mobile security space very well. Our tagline is "We Think Like Hackers... Because We Are Hackers!" Most of the technical resources understand the basics of hacking and penetration testing.

Our objectives are to become the industry leader in the Mobile Security Defence landscape. Our approach is that of hackers. In other words with think like hackers because we are hackers. We will develop solutions that cover users, families, and SMB for now. Our goal for FY2021 is to focus on scaling up in order to address large enterprise customers. We will also promote the development of new and exciting ideas for the security space through the formation of a global development den called CozmicLabs. The future holds many opportunities and we will take advantage of bleeding edge development platforms in order to solve the very complex problems the industry will face in the next ten years (ie. the adoption of Blockchain, AI, VR, AR, etc.).

The mobile security landscape is made up of mostly large scale software vendors and small point vendors. The large scale providers cover the area of Mobile Device Management and the security focus is weak, to say the least. Point vendors focus on one specific area and this does not work in mass adoption situations.

The next ten years will see a complete shift in focus and many of the vendors on the market will not be ready.

Software giants are trying to integrate new security features derived through acquisition into their software portfolio. This means the easiest way to market is through rebranding alone for short-term results (ex. VMware acquisition of AirWatch).

The giants in the industry, as well as the smaller startups, are challenged with how to merge code bases due to vast differences in software architecture.

Point vendors focus on a single need. This means that in order to address all security requirements, enterprises have to purchase from multiple vendors. This solution is confusing but creates an opportunity for CozmicWall to carve into the competitive landscape by replacing multiple vendors with one solution that covers everything.

The initial investment is for R&D and the investment will cover the costs associated with building the software architecture, writing themes and user stories, performing in-depth competitive analysis, create the initial marketing strategy, marketing campaigns, salaries, office rental, and other administrative costs. The initial investment will also fuel the development of a working proof-of-concept that can be used when seeking first-round funding.
