1.The UK property market is currently undergoing radical change with property ownership falling but residential rentals, where there is a dire shortage are in great demand, commanding high rental values and this situation is likely to remain 'the norm' for some years to come in view of the ongoing shortage of residential housing to buy or rent to meet the ever increasing demand.

2. Commercial Letting Agencies are often engaged to undertake the complete administration of lettings on behalf of owners. Their fees range from 10% - 15% and they offer no compensation when properties remain untenanted. However, most Local Councils, in an effort to provide 'social housing' to clients on long waiting lists are offering a lettings package to owners in which they become sub letters at a reduced fee - the lettings are contracted to the local council as 'sub landlords' for a year or more at a time and even if the property is not let for any reason the rent is guaranteed under the terms of the contract. This is a win, win state for private ownership and or investors in the property market. 

3. So my project is aimed at relieving the current and indeed projected increasing pressure on the need for more good rentable properties, preferably with longer term and more secure tenancies. It is anticipated the shortfall in such properties will continue well beyond 2030 in the U.K. - particularly in the desirable South East Counties of England. 

4. Full detailed business plan available for genuinely interested  investor.

5. To give the Investor added security and peace of mind every property purchased can be registered in the Investors name/business or legal representative with Deeds if desired.
