      I am Mr Boubaaya Samir from Algeria.
I am looking for an investor in order to finance my project and be a partner in.
      The Idea is to create a new company of building Aluminium small and medium size boats for fishing pleasure and passingers transportation.
       The project will be installed in Algeria and will serve local market, Mediterranean and African markets.
       The amount cost of the project is 3.7 Millions USD.
       The investor have to cover 100% of the amount cost, and take 65% of shares and benefits during a period of 10 years at least, after that hi is free to sale his shares or keep them.
        I have  the busines plan of the project.
