Buil Ecotourism and Resort
The resort will built Yogyakarta Indonesia, the second destination of tourism in Indonesia
Back Ground and Idea
Yogyakarta is the second tourist destination in Indonesia
after Bali. From the results of simple research and input from eco-tourism practitioners,
it was found that there is a trend of high interest among tourists in traveling
and using hotels - lodging places that carry the back to nature concept.
Yogyakarta, which is the second tourist destination province
after Bali, has a minimum number of hotels and resorts that carry the back to
nature concept, which is premium class.
Tourists tend to look for tourist attractions that promote a
back to nature concept on the one hand, and the lack of hotel-resort facilities
that offer a back to nature concept is a fairly large and promising market
opportunity to exploit.
This DNA will be built in an area of 4,200 M2, located 25 km
from the city center of Yogyakarta, which can be reached in 40 to 60 minutes by
road, under the slopes of Mount Merapi (15 km from Mount Merapi).
The area where DNA is planned to be built is surrounded by
village forest, a river flowing underneath (west side) and the back ground of
Mount Merapi on the north side. The conditions, position of the land and the
natural potential in the surroundings make this place an ideal place to build a
resort and ecotourism.
